I understand Algore is still in the de-Nile river. Kerry (who was in Vietnam) is still proving he’s an idiot. I guess Kasich is really going to enjoy that Soros bank draft check.
Add up potential governors and primary players....there’s over fifty potential people. And you pick Fiorina? I’ll bet that he went to the top five people on his list and got a definite ‘no’. So he skipped the next twenty people and had to deal with the Carly requirement of a donation to her PAC. He said fine and accepted her.
Ted is a gross disappointment and an embarrassment that marginalizes the conservative wing of the republican party.

Ask yourself why it is that we now have had two presidential candidates in succession that have unresolved aspects of foreign contacts in their backgrounds and are operating under an Article II eligibility cloud with CIA intrigue in their backgrounds? Is it just a coincidence? What role is the Middle East playing in this behind the curtain subterfuge? Thank God this time around we have Republicans who are scrutinizing the Trojan Horse and they are not willing to allow the horse inside the gates. Whether consciously or subconsciously, they sense something about this guy is just not right.
“Did Scott Walker, Rubio and other more logical choices turn Cruz down?”
Well, if I had to bet one way or the other, two to one Carly was not the first choice.
Its understandable to realize that Ted wants the presidency. However, it is incomprehensible to watch him sabotaging his reputation, public trust, career, and dignity in the process. Something is wrong with his struggle to win. Something is wrong with Ted. He has not behaved like a man of conservative principles, not at all. He has been corrupted by DC and globalist overseers, but kept it hidden.
Ted is a gross disappointment and an embarrassment that marginalizes the conservative wing of the republican party.
Well said. I myself, who started out as a Cruz supporter, am surprised at Cruz's intransigence in the face of the obvious fact that Donald Trump has won this nomination.
There's just no practical, plausible, realistic path for Ted Cruz to get the GOP nomination. It's impossible.
Moreover, even if Ted Cruz did by some unicorn-farting miracle wrest the nomination from GOP voters with the help of the GOPe, the only possible result would be that the party unity would irreparably splinter, voter enthusiasm would be totally destroyed, millions of Trump voters would stay home, and Hillary Clinton would win a landslide in November.
This man wants to be President, and yet he can't see that he's invoking a scenario which potentially cripples not only his own party, but also the country as well?
I'm so glad that our American system, with its checks and balances, provides a process whereby the People themselves can sometimes exercise power as a check to such foolish, conceited, power-hungry actions on the part of misguided individuals such as Ted Cruz and their ilk, who put their own blind ambition ahead of what's right for America.
That's why I firmly believe that the American People themselves will continue to rebuke Ted Cruz in the vast majority of remaining states until he finally absorbs the truth of the matter: the GOP grassroots does not want Ted Cruz to be their nominee. Period.
Sooner or later, reality will come crashing in on the delusional alternate universe in which Ted Cruz is now living.
Vote Trump
Cruz is an egomaniac who has no concern for the Country, only his own lust for power.
i think cruz really really wanted to announce that he had been endorsed
by indiana governor pence yesterday.
failing to achieve that, he needed to say something, anything to get some
attention and also draw attention from losing literally every county in the 5
acela states this week and an absolute smack down in new york the week before.
momentum means a lot, he is dead in the water.
the eva braun analogies are spot on.
If iCarly Effing-RINO weren’t a woman, she’d be nothing more than a footnote in business management textbooks about running a company into the ground.
Ted Cruz could still be somebody, just not President. The madness that grips men’s souls as they aspire to the heights often blinds them to what may be their very real limitations, and they fail to make the necessary compensation for those deficiencies.
A much-chastened Senator Cruz may be able to recoup some if not most of his former credibility, and I would welcome his advancement to other positions in the future. But perhaps Parkinson’s Law has caught up with him, and he may have reached for something beyond his current level of competence.
Do not summarily dismiss Ted Cruz for all time. There have been other triumphant returns in every field of endeavor, and some of them were rather spectacular.
As my mom used to say- Cruz seems to be “just throwing spaghetti at a wall to see what sticks”....
I don’t like Trump much as a person, but I do think he’s what we need.
And Cruz I like even less as he’s a turncoat and these antics make him look desperate. He’s one of ‘them’, 100% and sadly, I could never believe a word that comes out of his mouth.
Say what you will about Trump, but he is painfully honest. As Shakespeare said: “you have to be cruel to be kind”...
“His Fiorina pick makes one ponder whether she was his first choice.
Did Scott Walker, Rubio and other more logical choices turn Cruz down?”
IMHO, Ted and Carly are GOPe tools for a contested convention, (Carly added to the spoiler team to woe women voters in Indiana).
Both will be thrown under the bus should the Convention votes go to a second or third round. That’s when you’d see the premier Establishment candidates reappear, for both the P and VP slots.

Reince: Even VP Nomination Could Be Contested
Weekly Standard ^ | April 1, 2016 | Jim Swift
On Greta last night, RNC chairman Reince Priebus suggested to Fox News viewers that even the vice presidential nomination could be contested at the GOP convention in Cleveland later this year.
GRETA: The convention. Tell us for planning purposes. If it is a open/brokered/contested convention, will it last longer than we expect?
PRIEBUS: No.
GRETA: Its gonna just be those days?
PRIEBUS. Thats right.
GRETA: You think its gonna be put to bed?
PRIEBUS: We will put whatever systems in place, we will have meetings however long we need to have them... In order to make sure that we not only have a nominee both for president, and remember, theres a separate vote for vice president... as well that no ones talking about that. But theres another vote for vice president... And then on Wednesday and Thursday were gonna have a program. And theres going to be a convention, with, uh, obviously, our nominee to be concluded on Thursday night.
All grandstanding to get women to pay attention. It will NOT work
It’s amazing to watch him hook up with a candidate so widely despised as Failarina is. Carley the Destroyer ain’t gonna help him, in fact she’ll prove to be a noose around his neck electorally.
#8 LMAO!!!
I hope you are right.
Trump needs to ignore Carly. I was happy to hear little mention of her during Trump’s rally last night.
Don’t take the bait!
The most logical view of the situation is that Fiorina has something on Cruz that Cruz does not want revealed.
The VP slot was Fiorina’s price for silence.
It is the only explanation for this otherwise inexplicable alliance.
And it shows the absolute desperation of both people.
When you strip away the hoopla, you have one globalist aligning with another globalist, which is the natural attraction at the basest level.
Cruz has deceived many.
He posed as the outsider, the principled Christian Constitutionalist conservative.
He is none of these things.
The mask is dropped, the truth revealed.
Another result of the Trump Effect.
April 29 SCOTUS decision on DC madam. Lawyer said if not given permission to release the candidate name he may release them all. ;-)
