I think it has something to do with Indiana’s very restrictive laws regarding polling. Something to do with telemarketing as I remember. It makes it very expensive to run polling.

But, Cruz really wanted to bury the Northeast primary win’s influence on the polls, so he did the Carly Fiorina thing today.
