I’m curious The first and second temples didn’t have to wait for to descend from Heaven. G-d gave instruction and his people did the constructing. Is there any explanation given for the idea that the third temple will arrive all pre- assembled from Heaven? Has G-d joined the Mason’s Union all of a sudden? This sounds more like the quite- natural dreams and a way of keeping the flame , hope alive by people both dispossessed and powerless to act Now that G-d has seen fit to honor His promises at least to the extent of restoring a major part of His people to their Promised Land, why would He not continue via the same building methods He’s always used — the human hands of the faithful ? Just asking, not arguing. The only way I learn is to ask. Is there any explanation ? I realize His ways are not our ways and that we cannot expect to understand everything He does, but asking questions is still acceptable so - I respectfully ask. Thank you very much
well perhaps he has been growing the chrystals for the temple base for millenia, and he has the heavenly host to build at His direction, or perhaps he speaks it into being as well..
I find it interesting that the present temple is called temple mount..like the first temple was the base for the New Jerusalem/The Chrystal City..

Note that THERE IS NO PRESENT TEMPLE.
Right now, the Dome of the (C)rock and another mosque sit atop Temple Mount, as they have for well over a millenia. Typical of the Moslems, they build mosques where other religions had holy sites, and then claim it for themselves forever...just a bunch of thieves.
Oh, and the First Temple was NOT the “base for the New Jerusalem/The Chrystal City” - it was the Temple that G-d commanded Solomon to build, and it would still be standing today if the ancient Jews had continued to abide by His commands. It all depends on the Jews and their behavior - they came back to Him, and he allowed a new Temple to be constructed...and then their baseless hatred for each other caused Him to withdraw His protection from Israel and allow in the Greek Syrians (Antiochus Epiphanes - this is the Channukah story) and the Romans. Some day, Jews will obey Him again, and G-d will send the Messiah and with him the 3rd and final Temple.
Would it be the same hit if there were a direct link on FR TO the video or whatever it is? We’d still have to go to that link.
I understand, I and understand you too, however..the Chrystal city or New Jerusalem I am referring too will descend from Heaven..just thought what was there, even after the temple is rebuilt by man would be a perfect fit...smile..

Sounds good to me! It not only doesn’t belong there but it’s adherents use it as a focus for murder attacks and preachings. At the very least, though, since Israel wishes to show as much respect as possible for that “religion” ( of war). Israel needs to simply state very clearly that Interested Jews and Christians have the right to visit the Temple Mount and pray there if they wish. Enough of this b s foolishness that only Moslems can pray at the Jewish Temple Mount. The Moslems need to be told to behave like civilized human beings and stop throwing rocks at Jews and Christians, and so forth.

Way I read it, Jew’s build third temple. When the millennium rule of Messiah begins heavenly Jerusalem joins earthly Jerusalem and the final temple comes with it, built by God.
I expect it to be nothing like the temples built by human hands, but God being the temple and us His living stones.
I thought I had the tractate and page where the discussion takes place, but misremembered. Will be back Saturday night Jerusalem Time with a summary of the discussion and proper references. Thanks for your patience.
