You are right. He also mocks people who support Trump on a daily basis. Something is not right with him. He seems angry and nasty.

It was amazing to go back and watch how right Perot was about this. We should have listened to a businessman back then and we should listen to a businessman now. NAFTA completely destroyed our manufacturing base. Our country is pretty much barely coasting now based on our past momentum. Trump wants to start the engine again.

It chaps my hide that Rush rarely talks about what a mess NAFTA has become, and I haven't heard him talk about his current views at any length. A few shows ago, I think I heard him say he was misled on NAFTA (maybe by Bush). Not much more discussion about it, but I have a long memory on that and I am not as apt to trust Rush as much as I used to. He was also very late to get on the Trump Train--so much for being on the cutting edge. I still love and appreciate Rush, but with a little more hesitancy, more like trust and verify.
