Hillary Clinton continues to maintain that she is not under criminal investigation, characterizing the FBI probe as just one of many "security reviews" that are being conducted.
But Napolitano said on Fox News' America's Newsroom Monday that "this is about as serious an investigation as there could be.... The FBI does not do security assessments, the State Department does. The FBI does criminal investigations."
He said on Friday that he believes the FBI has more than enough evidence to indict and convict Clinton.
“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” Judge Napolitano stated. “And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.” He said he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.
Whether she is indicted or not, Hillary faces a catastrophe, Napolitano says. "Probably so catastrophic that she will be replaced on the Democratic ticket."

I will make a deal with you. I happen to feel a little protective of the content and reputation of this site and if I see something that seems inappropriate in the future I will bring it to the attention of the moderators again and they can deal with it as they wish. Maybe in the future you should go ahead and just leave this type of “joke” on “FB” (Facebook) which is no doubt where it came from or was intended to be shared to begin with. I will ignore it there because I couldn't care less about the crap on FB.

if the evidence proves the hag is guilty (obvious) and she is not held to legal account, then there is no more waiting for this country to fail and fall, that just cements the fact that it has already happened and the next move will be up to the people.

Do you ever wonder what that popular statue looks like?
Hillary will not be indicted as long as Obama is President. She has too much dirt on Obama.
However, it is faintly possible that some patriotic FBI agent will leak the information. Personally, I’ll only believe that when I see it.
Most likely she’ll be the Dem nominee, Trump will beat her soundly, and she’ll be indicted once he cleans house at the Justice Department.
She and Obama both know that will happen if Trump wins. It is one of the reasons I pray for Mr. Trump’s protection. It is also one of the reasons we need an exceptionally good pick for VP.
The laws do not apply to the beautiful people, only to the hoi polloi.
That explains your defense of a post trying to start some kind of hoax claiming that the first thing that Trump is going to do when elected is give Hillary a pardon. It also explains your very bullying remarks to me. Do you still think that Trump is a “Trojan Horse”? Are you one of the remaining #Never Trump people around here.
