They were just discussing the goofy R ballot on CNN asked “Why is this so confusing for voters?” and the one guy who is actually from PA (Jeffery Lord) said “because we are crazy”.

The theory evidently was that letting voters know which candidate the delegates were supporting like the D’s do would make them “kingmakers”. Instead, Trump is the “king” because he’s pointing out how crooked and corrupt the system is and people are seeing he is right. If he should not make 1237, he’s laid the groundwork for arguing that the rigged system was the reason.
