Arlington gun store’s owner sues critics, says opponents issued death threats

The owner of the Arlington gun store that opened last month despite vociferous objections from local residents has sued 64 people, including elected officials, claiming that they conspired to destroy the business, harassed the owner and landlord and mailed death threats to the 16-year-old “owner-in-training.”

The suit, filed last week in Richmond Circuit Court, named seven state legislators who appealed to the landlord, on official General Assembly stationery, to refuse to rent 2300 N. Pershing Dr. to Nova Armory. The lawsuit also named Arlington County Board member Christian Dorsey, School Board member Barbara Kanninen and multiple residents who have spoken out against the gun store.

The mommunists and other libs in Northern Virginia have been on a run the last several years attacking gun store owners and trying to force closure of several stores.

One of them has decided to fight back. I hope he wins.

..Levine called the lawsuit “a very, very dangerous attack on the First Amendment, an absolute attack on people’s right to speak out.”...

Second Amendment is a pesky thing. Libs pretend it doesn’t exist.

The 1st Amendment does not protect threats or lies.

It’s also designed to protect the people from the government, not the other way around.

The store is located in or very near Lyons Park, the home of the rich, leftist/liberal, very white Democrats who walk in lockstep with the national Democrat Party like good little ignorant Germans.

They only like the police to keep the riffraff out of their ‘hood.

I’m sure they also want men in dresses to use their young daughter’s restrooms in Long Branch Elementary (if they deem it necessary to send them to a neighborhood school), but I suspect a lot of their children go to private schools.

Talk about a “gun-free zone”. Lyons Park is probably the least home-defended area in Arlington, unless they are closet-gun owners and hypocrites.

I’m not saying that they protestors/local residents are not good people, but they just don’t perceive the real world like the rest of us working class people do. And that is a recipe for disaster.

With Obama/DOJ’s decision to release tens of thousands of illegal aliens back into the American public, esp. those already convicted of crimes ( aka the killing of Katie Steinlee and others), the crime situation is only going to get worse in many states, esp. those with sanctuary city policies.

My son is a former police officer. He and his team took off the streets several armed, mentally ill people who were walking the streets of DC. And yes, he and his men had to pull their weapons out in order to control the wackjobs (they didn’t shoot; they tackled them but would have shot if necessary).

Life’s a bitch and some of them get elected as Democrats to our national, state and local governments. In Virginia, it is endemic and spreading. So are gun sales.

Obama has flooded USA with young fighting-age men from every IslamoNazi Krapistan on earth

Moslems are trained from birth to hate America, Europeans, Christians, and Jews.. they are unique in this respect... they are the ONLY significant group that we should NOT allow into our country! (although I favor far more restrictive immigration laws to begin with, and especially now during the Obama Depression in America when we have almost no jobs)

Until and unless we can get an American government installed in WashDC and deport (repatriate) the Moslems back to the 57 countries they’ve already infiltrated and taken over (this way!).......... until then, we and our families are at grave risk...... and anyone who doesn’t prepare self-defense (including equipment and training)...
is incredibly foolish
