Everyone underestimated Trump from the beginning. Clinton isn’t going to make that mistake. It’s going to be a nasty election.

The consultant went on to explain that of all the GOP candidates remaining, Ted Cruz would be by far the easiest for Hillary to defeat, though she also indicated any “regular” Republican would have been far simpler to combat than the non-traditional Trump who continues to generate significant crossover appeal among blocs of voters who Democrats have long considered theirs and theirs alone such as Blacks, (legal) immigrants, blue collar Democrats, etc.

Which is why the Democrat vote machine in Wisconsin gave the social squish "Republican" counties around Milwaukee to social conservative Cruz, to prevent Trump from winning the state, and keeping Cruz the Luzer in the race.

Sort of a "Weekend At Teddie's", starring Ted Cruz.

Remember all the GOP groupies on FR telling all that Hillary would win over Trump, and she’d kill him in debates?

Did they forget this woman comes with 30+ years of heavy luggage? Did they forget all those she threw under the bus and otherwise politically murdered all those years, that they’re now talking to the Trump campaign?

It was all BS.

Trump will KO Hillary in any debate. The last thing Hillary wants to do, is go up against Trump.

Mary Anne Marsh looking kinda ... old. Cut her a little slack, she's a C-level pundit but only infrequently a talking-point parrot.

Anyway, here's what she's said in the past about political dynasties:

"There are a lot of benefits to political dynasties. But ultimately, you have to earn it on your own merits. A famous name may get people’s attention, and may open their eyes, it may open some doors, but in the end of it, every voter wants you to stand on your own two feet. Sometimes they expect even more of you than they would other candidates. It always depends on who you are and where you’re running."

he is demanding Republicans unify and prepare to go to war with the Hillary Clinton

The last thing the GOP wants is a candidate who can beat Hillary.

Trump vs Hillary is like that scene from Rocky - Trump is the outsider Rocky who is unorthodox and punching beef on TV - Hillary is the establishment Apollo who dismisses Trump/Rocky while concentrating on other things. The campaign staffers are like Apollo’s trainer watching Rocky punch the beef and getting that worried look in his eyes.

In NJ the democrats were trying to get members of their party to switch parties before the deadline, so that they could vote in the republican primary for cruz.

Why do you think that the Republican Party is going balls to the wall to defeat Trump? They [the Republicans] are applying the principals of common core math to this problem. To Wit] Cruz can’t beat Trump, but yet they say that he can beat Hillary. Kasich has not beat Trump in election held thus far. None the less, the Republicans re now saying that he, also, can beat Hillary.

This is exactly like the South Park episode. Life imitates art.

In an election for a new school mascot, because the old mascot “cows” is not PC according to PETA, The choice was between giant douche and turd sandwich.

I am an undecided voter.

Trump will crush Hillary in the presidential election....absolutely crush her. Hillary, even with all her rigging and ballot stuffing, may not even take a state. Heck, if there is any rule of law left, she will be in prison before then!
