I read the story:
1. He says it was consensual.
2. She is of age, says its was consensual, that he’s a good guy, and she filed no complaint.
3. Apparently a jealous co-worker noticed a hickey and reported it.
4. The school and everyone ignores the testimony of the victim-who-says-she-is-not-a-victim.
Take away: women are not capable of consenting to sex.
Completely right, and I apologize.
This case is egregious and I hope he ends up OWNING the school.
This is as bad, if not worse, than Duke LaCrosse.
I think in addition to some wheelbarrows of cash, the head of the school needs to be fired and the head of the athletic department needs to apologize to him and his family.

Simple solution, all sex outside of marriage should be considered rape. Its the only way for colleges to be sure.
