With less than two weeks until the Iowa caucuses, a new super PAC has formed with the intention of taking down Donald Trump.
The group, which is called Our Principles PAC, is founded by Katie Packer, a veteran Republican strategist who served as deputy campaign manager on Mitt Romneys 2012 presidential campaign.

This is from January but it is relevant today. In the week before the Maryland Republican primary I have received many robocalls from this PAC. They are all extremely insulting to Trump. They say Trump hates women and calls women pigs. They say Trump wants to throw elderly people out of their homes. They are over the top nasty and insulting.
I have not gotten a single call or mailing supporting Senator Cruz.
I realize that Cruz has little or no support. The emphasis is to attack Trump. The money is being spent to attack Trump. That is all they seem to care about.

Katie Packer is about as relevant today as that log I laid and then flushed down last week.

The PAC has called me at least twice a day for the last week. They have tried to get me to work against Trump for “conservative principles.” I don’t care about Katie Packer but the PAC is making an enormous effort to destroy Trump but no effort to support any candidate.

If those stupid Republicans would spend as much against Hillary as they do against Trump, they’d win by a landslide. The key isn’t who wins, the key is keeping their golden goose from drying up. They are afraid Trump will expose it for what it is, an insider business. Career politicians are in it for the money beyond their salaries.
