I agree it’s a Nothing Burger based on the nonexistent level of evidence. The CIA connection with R. Cruz is interesting however. Maybe he was sent to watch Oswald since Oswald was a defector to the Soviet Union for a while.

Whoever he is, he is dressed like Oswald and there are more shots with him still on the scene, so it appears he was with Oswald.
If so, there is no way Ted is eligible for the Presidency. He would be born in a foreign country to two non-citizens.

Ted's Poppy is an International Man of Mystery tambien?I don’t even buy the claim that is Rafael Cruz, there are so many JFK assassination theories, this is one more of hundreds and so, likely false. So the National Enquirer claimed they have expert witnesses who say it is RC.
If there is any truth to this pic, it’s unlikely he was with Oswald, but more likely he was working for the CIA, keeping tabs on pro-Castro elements in the area.
according to the Louisiana State Police, there were three Cubans in a car that threw Rose Cherami onto the highway in Eunice LA at three o’clock in the morning. She went on to tell the cops they were on their way to Dallas to kill the President. this was three days before the hit. The cops didnt believe her. They put her into the rubber room where she wore the story out telling nurses, doctors and staff the same thing. The minute it happened they discharged her.
Now who were the Cubans in that car? Oh, by the way she was found dead on a Texas highway having been run over by a car about a month later.

The 3rd link is about some woman (Elisa Marie Sluijs) who posted on Facebook in January that she has evidence that both of Ted Cruz parents voted and received Canadian healthcare while living next door to her (Translation: That would make Ted Cruz a 100% Canadian-born, Canadian citizen. The woman has said her home has been broken into and she's scared out of her mind.)
