I #####ing HATE calling india and trying to understand each word while paying for a company’s services.

The LEAST we should expect is someone who speaks English very well and as a FIRST language.

They never understand what I want and they are condescending ###########S!!

I was happy when IBM gave us the option to use the chat feature instead of having to call the Help Desk, which is in India.

Sad isn’t it? IBM -computer/software giant, outsources its Help Desk to India.
