HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (AP) Donald Trump's chief lieutenants told skeptical Republican leaders Thursday that the GOP front-runner has been "projecting an image" so far in the 2016 primary season and "the part that he's been playing is now evolving" in a way that will improve his standing among general election voters. The message, delivered behind closed doors in a private briefing, is part of the campaign's intensifying effort to convince party leaders Trump will moderate his tone in the coming months to help deliver big electoral gains this fall, despite his contentious ways.

And King Trumpy’s method for eliminating illegals is to send them home and let them come back legal? That’s just a dandy fix isn’t it? And you know... at the end of the day.... he’s going to tell you that he’s decided it’s cheaper to not send them back, but just to move straight to legalizing them. I mean... why send them back just to let them come back in. No reason to mess up all the employers and spend all the money. Just legalize them. That is where Trumpy will end up if given the opportunity. Bet the house on it.

When Trump give legalization to the good ones without sending anyone back, without building a wall, and without mexico paying for anything. And when trump falls in line with the dems on social issues like Transgender, LBGT rights, abortion rights, and raises taxes on everyone earning over 100k per year..... will you deem that he has done 80% of what he promised? Oh yeah.... hell probably tax Ford Motor Company by executive order.... for building cars in Mexico.... So that will make him okay I guess.
I'm a Cruz supporter, so I'm not up for this. I am trying to make the best of the present situation, which includes the possibility of Trump getting the nomination. Your response misrepresents what I said, by insinuating that I would have a low threshold for what 80% is.

Yep... what’s funny is that I’ve called our current president “Obammy” for about 6 years now. That never bothered anyone. But “Trumpy” seems to torque about half of FR. That’s because they worship King Trumpy. They think he is their savior that is going to kick out all the illegals and ban the muslims, and tell the Chinese to take a hike. I mean the Trumpy worshipers actually believe all that....

Trump is lucky that Michael Jackson died today to keep him out of the news.

But he can’t beat Hillary.

Donald Trump is not an ideologue , he is a casual social libertarian and a fiscal pragmatist .
As such, his views are an eclectic mix of conservative and liberal principals that fit the unique and parochial world view of a driven entrepreneur who is a limelight loving second generation billionaire who grew up in the most liberal area of the country

Article says Trump is going to help RNC fund raise.
What is THAT all about? Glad I don’t have to defend this weirdness.

Illegal immigration, building a wall, Mexico will pay for it...these are all canards. Trump will never ever do any of it you know why? Because there isn't a shred of evidence or actions in his past that convinces me otherwise. Hell he supported and continues to supports liberal democrats like Schumer and Clinton who are open in their support for mass immigration you know why? Because liberals know that by legitimizing the millions here illegally, they will foreever shut down conservatives in America thereby changing the fabric of American society FOR EVER!
That is who Trump is. A trojan horse that will destroy the Republican party and in the end usher in a New America unrecognizable from the past. If Americans cannot see that then we are surely lost.

I messed that comment up but good. I meant to say, “because conservatives were sick of the GOP kicking us in the teeth”.
