Irish politics disgust me. Mostly Catholic but the opposition to queer marriage was pathetically weak.
They have no conservative party but 2 center-right (for Europe, center-left for America) squishy major parties that hate each other for stupid historical reasons despite mostly agreeing on the issues. Barf.
They had an election in Feb and the 2 of them together is the only option for a stable government, it’s been months now and they haven’t made a deal yet.
