Can Donald Trump really hit 1,237 before Cleveland?

Donald Trump is now the only Republican presidential candidate with a realistic chance of winning the 1,237 votes to clinch the nomination before the national convention this summer.
But getting there will be a tough undertaking, and one that leaves little room for error.
Trump's commanding victory in New York, where he won more than 60% of the vote and the vast majority of the 95 delegates up for grabs, marked a turning point in the delegate race. The Manhattan real estate mogul now has improved his chances of winning the nomination outright, while his chief rival, Ted Cruz, would need a minor miracle to win on the first ballot.

The GOP Establishment money doesnt keep coming if he drops out. Hes gotta pay back that $1 million to his Goldman Sachs account, right? He borrowed that money.
Also, the money stops if the spam threads stop, so........I predict more next Wednesday morning.
I think your prognostications are right on target.
The Cruz Cultists prattling about the Cruz 'Ground Game' means more than the Cruz-GOPe campaign trying to undermine and subvert the loyalties of delegates won by Trump, or snatching up delegates in fixed schemes by state and national party leaders without voter participation, it very likely also includes infiltrating and seeking to disrupt, distort and sway online website forums just like FR.

And if you believe all the stories, hes been this way since he was a teenager - an arrogant know it all who simply rubs people the wrong way. I think that almost speaks to his intelligence and discipline in a way. Hes managed to be this successful IN SPITE of how much of a jerk he is.Interestingly enough, if you look at presidential history, the most successful ones were those who could work with and manage others - particularly those with whom one disagreed: Washington, Lincoln, Reagan, etc. The ones who failed were those who lacked those skills: Buchanan, Carter.
Based on what appears to be Cruz's demonstrated personality traits, notably, a complete inability to work with people who disagree with him, his presidency would be a dismal failure, spent in unending internecine battles with Congress.

Well, well, well, another generic poster with an empty FR page, no indicator of where they are or where they're from, and they're wailing away about Lil Lord Teddy somehow getting a raw deal in Wisconsin. Here, you want to run your pie hole about Wisconsin? Try this on for size:
Any body know how to get in touch with the mediaI am furious.
Stuff it troll. Take your fake case of premature exasperation and tell your GOPe/Cruz handlers that you're doing a lousy job of trying to spread dissension on this website.

Use it in good health Kent, in fact I'll take this opportunity to say that it wasn't my original phrase, premature exasperation was first uttered by my late friend Andy Hess (using his 'radio' persona out of respect for his family), he was a great talent, could have been a major league comic performer, had he not died way too soon.
I'm sure he would say "use it Kent!"

Stay furious because you’re going to stay stupid.
FYI: ONLY REGISTERED Republicans could VOTE for Trump in New York.
Very few people are REGISTERED Republican. DUH!
NY has several parties.
Independents were prohibited from voting in the REPUBLICAN PRIMARY.
DID YOU FAIL TO READ THAT HIS OWN FAMILY COULDN’T VOTE FOR MR. TRUMP?
DID YOU FAIL TO READ THAT THE UNION MEMBERS WERE MAD BECAUSE THEY COULDN’T VOTE FOR TRUMP BECAUSE THEY’RE REGISTERED DEMOCRATS?
YOU are DUMB.
Bernie Sanders was also LIVID.
He was shut out, too because INDEPENDENTS couldn’t VOTE for HIM.

The GOPe will deny 1237 to him by hook AND by crook.
