He made no such qualifications. He specifically mentioned Bruce Jenner (I refuse to call him Caitlyn), who has not had the surgery, and said he would be fine with Jenner using the women's bathroom in one of his buildings.
He also said to have separate bathrooms available for the confused (I also won't call them "transgender") would be, in his words, "discriminatory".
The problem is, who’s going to check? This is a damned if you do, damned if you don’t, made up issue that did not, or barely, exist 30 years ago. It is made to create tension amongst people and divide and destroy a culture.
