The obvious answer is...you can't.
That's why I believe ALL responsible women...and girls...should have some sort of protection when they enter a public restroom nowadays. That protection could be in the form of a stun gun, pepper spray...or a gun.
A woman I know very well has already informed me that if a man who isn't the janitor enters the restroom she's in, she's hosing him down with pepper spray. "I felt threatened for my life" is what she'll tell any cop who shows up.".

One way to tell: the gender confused person is just trying to go to the bathroom. The pervert is peeking into the next stall or trying to do even worse.

There is no need to answer the question, Antoninus. You already know there are evildoers who trick good people to abuse them. There are “kindly teachers” or coaches RIGHT NOW who are abusing children. Posing as a “transgender” to get into a woman’s restroom and molest would be one way to do evil and attack a child or helpless woman. But I can tell you stories of male looking MEN hiding in beach or other public bathrooms already. It’s already against the law. The “transgender” child molestor would be found out easier than a non transgender child molester because they would be 100% faking. They would not be living as a woman for real. It would get them caught faster. There are very few of these people with gender dysphoria in the world.
