That's the intelligent track. Too many others want to put the cart before the horse and elect the 'true conservative' now, which will never happen in this fractured, decimated country.
No - we must have a leader who is willing to do the hard work of rescuing the country, before we have enough peace and serenity to put a constitutional conservative at the top of the heap again.
Doing so now, is a recipe for total failure, unless that constitutional conservative had the guts and balls of a Donald Trump. Do you see such a person on the political horizon? I don't.
Trump it is, until we do.
