Let’s rewind a few years... very few conservatives expressed any doubts about him. None were psychic. I was honestly shocked at his heinous judicial betrayal and still wonder whether he was blackmailed.
My original comment was a reply re nominations and the importance of Cruz. Cruz & ‘conservatives’ are not always that loyal to us. Look at Souter & Roberts. Heck, it was a conservative appointed Supreme Court that gave us abortion on demand.
Cruz may or may not be different; but based on the original love for Roberts...
