I notice the heavy Italian areas of my one time home all voted Trump

Which might explain why I always felt at home in Bay Ridge or Bensonhurst or SI

Italian-American New Yorkers are VERY conservative. I married into such a family and, boy, they take no prisoners. Good people.

Go, Trump, go!

Unfortunately, since I disdain the idea that Clinton is a New Yorker, it looks like we’re not going to have a subway series in ‘16.

you have to go back at least two maybe three generations when there were a lot of socialist / Democrats. Then there were moderate Democrats. And now there are conservative Republicans for the majority. speaking of Americans of Italian descent.if you’re ever in New York City you’re welcome to come to Staten Island for a great dinner. :)
