"I'm so excited to share with you what America has learned over the past few months. And it has nothing to do with a politician winning his home state tonight," Cruz said without offering any congratulations.
The Texas Senator spoke at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, the site of President Obama's speech 2008 on race and referenced the then freshman Senator famous "yes we can" slogan multiple times.
"Our sitting president ran on a slogan that should have been a great first step," Cruz said. "It promised us, 'yes we can.' Now it is time to take that slogan and put it into action."

In his speech, Cruz described the 2016 election as "the year of the outsider" comparing himself to Bernie Sanders. "I am an outsider, Bernie Sanders is an outsider. Both with the same diagnosis, but both with very different paths to healing," Cruz told the audience. That's a point that he makes occasionally at town halls but a departure from the usual Cruz speech.

Like on the Hannity show, where he says in the last three weeks, there have been elections in five states, beginning in Utah... errr... but, excuse me, isn't that supposed to be elections in six states? Didn't Arizona have something where people actually went to the polls the same day that Prophet Romney told the caucuses how to vote in Utah?
That is lying Ted! Five in a row, there have been elections in five states, well, at least not counting Arizona... I can't believe no one has called the lying lawyer on this. But on he rolls!
One major difference Teddy...Sanders doesn't rely on the cash and support of the 'insiders' to even exist in the race...Ted is an outsider supported by the insiders...Ya right, Ted...
Every time this guy opens his mouth he's tellin' a lie...
Don't count on it...Cruz could end up with 60-70 percent of them...Once he works his magic...
Trump is the only outsider and the only one who has a chance with the people - and to really rattle the establishment.
