Monday on Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File,” former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani explained why he is voting for Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump over Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in Tuesday’s New York State Republican presidential primary.

The democrats already know that Cruz’s mother became a British citizen when she lived in England - long before he was born. That is the reason she didn’t register Rafael’s birth with the U.S. authorities in Canada.
So you really don’t think there will be a problem with him on the same stage with that lunatic Kevin Swanson. The guy who is on the stage screaming about kill all the gays, while waving a bible. Who would admit voting for him? I know I wouldn’t.
Honestly, that video will be everywhere 10 minutes after he gets the nomination. It will hurt not only Cruz, but Christians as well.
Anyone with an honest look at American Politics can see that Ted Cruz is not electable- as others have said unlikeable and creepy.

He is running third in most polls out of three person race now.
He was great as the NY mayor but get him out of the city and he was a grand prize loser.

Sooooooo you think that a Canadian born son of a Cuban was what the Founders had in mind for an eligible candidate for POTUS when they wrote Article II and the restrictive term Natural Born Citizen as a requirement?
You are wrong about the Court. While lower courts are every which way on the issue, the Supreme Court has consistently defined NBC in its rulings as someone born in a country to 2 citizen parents.
You should also note that being a NBC, see above definition, has NO other relevance in American life EXCEPT Presidential eligibility. A huge percentage of Americans are NBCs. YAWN....... It’s just that Cruz isn’t!
Obama got past that barrier because of Republican fear of questioning his eligibility, because of his skin pigmentation.
Cruz won’t be so lucky. Democrat Senators and Representatives will be lined up waiting their turn to throw out his election on the basis of Constitutional ineligibility. They WILL NOT certify the Electoral College results if it ever voted in his favor.
