Hillary Clinton’s Department of State awarded at least $13 million in grants, contracts and loans to her longtime friend and Clinton Foundation donor Muhammad Yunus, despite his being ousted in 2011 as managing director of the Bangladesh-based Grameen Bank amid charges of corruption, according to an investigation by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
The tax funds were given to Yunus through 18 separate U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) award transactions listed by the federal contracting site USAspending.gov.
They highlight how Clinton mixed official government business with Clinton Foundation donors. Yunus gave between $100,000 to $300,000 to the foundation, according to the Clinton Foundation website.
Groups allied to Yunus received an additional $11 million from USAID, according to the contracting website. Yunus had business relationships with all of them.

If it can be shown that Hillary received donations to Clinton Foundation from multiple donors, and in return, grants, contracts, property, other items and considerations of worth, etc, were given to such donors, this is the criminal red meat much more serious than any email scandal, and it's those the emails that can help Feds substantiate it.
It would have to be repeated and ongoing, but I'll guess it was.
Being disgraced is an essential part of the grant approval process.

Just in the last few days, on national television, she asserted that there is no proof that she has ever been influenced by large foreign donations from foreign companies and countries.
If there is proof, she would be in jail.

While i agree shes as dirty as a rat living in the NYC subway the article fails to make one important point. The timing of all these grants which are i imagine before he was ousted. Unless she was conspiring with him to do whatever he was doing then i don’t see how this particular relationship can be used. Sure its part of a pattern of her dealing with scum but this is no smoking gun.
And i jump to the conclusion on timing because the monies mentioned all seemed tied to that particular institution. Once hes gone we don’t see any transactions, at least from the article.
But she wasn’t selling influence through her foundation. No, nope.
And she wasn’t taking a bribe from her commodities “advisor” back in the 70’s, either.

I disagree that this is “much more serious” than the email scandal, though as you say, they are connected.
The core of the email scandal is the gross mishandling of top level classified information. That’s enough to put her in jail for the rest of her unnatural life, and if treason can be proven, it should be enough to give her the death penalty.
But it was the minor crime of tax evasion that put Al Capone out of business. Whatever it takes to put The Wicked Witch of Chappaqua in jail is fine with me.
The law assumes the People will never see all the conversations that went into the making of a conspiracy to exchange his payments to the CGI to payments to his entities.
The conspiracy to defraud the US can be inferred by a repeated series of such conducts and outcomes, i.e., payments one way, then payments the other way.
Treason almost impossible to prove here. It requires a LEGALLY PROVABLE INTENT to damage the US. The damage cannot just have been the result.
For Treason to stick, the damage to the US would have to be proved to be the PURPOSE of the acts, not just the outcomes.
For treason to be proved, damage must have been the INTENT , not just the result of failure to follow rules, protocols, etc, and that’s tough to PROVE.
Her email crime is generally one of omission, rather than commission.... but that’s OK, it’s still a serious felony, but in this case, a big fine, probation.
The unjust personal enrichment, the whole CGI is something else. Assuming the Gmvt. can prove this happened multiple times with multiple entities, there is easily provable INTENT to defraud, etc.
A crime of commission, rather one of omission, is generally much more serious. That’s 5-20 years.
