As Elaine said, it’s Towson, not Baltimore...trying to distance herself.
Towson is a large size town if its own, but is basically contiguous with the City, as are many “towns” perched on its border. Drive from the city through Towson and you will not notice any difference.
Towson is the home of Black & Decker, now subsidiary of Stanley.

Towson is also the home of Towson University, whose most famous alumnus is Mike Rowe of the cable tv show
Dirty Jobs.
I think there was also some national debating contest won by their debate team (it went viral in certain circles, hint hint).
