In Salt Lake City, The Vivint Arena is adorned with huge pics of members of the Jazz in various poses. Good grief, some of these guys (yes, the Black members) look like they belong to gangs. Sadly this “thug culture” is prevalent in professional sports as well as other aspects of life.
YUP! Thuggish behavior is raised up as an aspiration. Sad dang state of affairs. I’ve seen babies with “Thug Life” little t-shirts. WTH?
