If I had my druthers, I'd have soldiers stationed in camouflaged positions around the tunnel outlet, and lace it throughout with claymores. Terrorists come out hell bent on destruction. Blow the tunnel, then massacre the now-isolated terrorists. Done and done.

Drop large smoke bombs in the Israeli end, seal the tunnel and pressurize from the Israeli end . When the red smoke comes out in the gaza strip, bomb the sh*t out of whatever building is used at the Gaza end, and yes that includes UN buildings used by the terrorists.
