Looks like Colorado knows how to hold a regular primary, when it wants to. They have one on June 28, 2016 for every office EXCEPT PRESIDENT. From the Senate on down. Sounds like regular voters are allowed to register their opinion on this election, without voting for blind delegates, evidently.
Your thoughts?
You admit the ballot were flawed.
Therefore, since according to your post you want to adhere to the RULES in CO, you must fully support the Trump campaign’s effort to disqualify those delegates. Good to know you’re not a hypocrite.
Find where they meet, then “Gentlemen, spike the punch!”
You want to limit the votes through arcane rules that benefit your
candidate.
That’s communism.
I don’t support trumps effort to steal delegates
One could add: "And Cruz won. Get over it."
His campaign has known the rules all along, and known they were rigged, so once again, he sheds sunlight on the mold.
In the end, Trump is benefitting far far far more than Cruz in/from Colorado.
Keep watching - it's a common theme with Trump -> it's not so much that you have to out-argue your opponent. If your opponent is Corrupt (both Cruz and the Establishment (currently making babies together - gross!)) ... you don't argue against them - you just expose them to sunlight. It's how you get rid of mold.
Trump has done this over and over and over and over and over and over. Check yourself next time you call him incompetent. Always you say he is down, losing, incompetent ... yet always he is beating those who have been at the game their entire lives.
What do you think explains this phenomenon? Are we all - all of his supporters dumb, in a cult, in a bubble? We're not, so at some point you're going to have to admit you misread him and Cruz. Why not take that step now? Admitting one was mistaken is a sign of maturity, not flip flopping - so long as you do it in service of the truth rather than simple personal gain. Cruz had me going for a while too - never for pres - but for vice or atty gnl or something else - stand in the background a little for 8 years. But for me, even that is pretty much a 1 in 10 at this point, unless I see a radical change in him, some version of implicit or explicit penance and amends to those he's fooled and strung along - including you.
When the people cannot vote, it is wrong. Accept it.
You must be a fan of democratic centralism.
Who did they vote for?????
Give us a breakdown of those 65,000 voting.
Let’s see the breakdown.
The RULES were not followed. Therefore, by the RULES the delegates are not legitimate and can be removed. Those are the RULES, which the Cruz supporters have been saying for a week are inviolate.
It’s not stealing when you follow the RULES. Where I have I heard that before (ad nauseam)?
Trump is a cult of personality. He NEVER admits he loses. He always says he was cheated. That is childish.
He is profoundly anti conservative
In 2008 he said Hillary would make a good president
Cruz is a good honest conservative candidate
He has fought for and delivered conservative results. Trump has not.
What would be the harm of letting all Republicans vote for ALL nominees, including President, on that June ballot? I’m sure that “delegates” would want to know the will of the voters they supposedly represent.
If Colorado rules reverse the delegates fine.
This mob rule by Internet is garbage
This is not the French Revolution
That is not what the Republican Party of Colorado established as its rules.
It would be a violation of first amendment civil rights to have a new election for 2016.
You all can work to change future results not the past.
You all sound like gore 2000
You lost. Get over it.
What conservative results has Cruz delivered?
What conservative bill has Cruz led to passage in the senate?
Chest pounding, grandstanding and waving the bible are not “results”.
So, tell us one conservative bill Cruz has personally led to passage in the senate? Just one. You said he had “results”. Give us an example.
“If Colorado rules reverse the delegates fine.”
I’m glad we agree.
The Cruz campaign should have known that delegates who were nominated by skirting the rules would be challenged. Since they were so well-versed in the rules and have the ground game to end all ground games, I’m surprised they didn’t catch this and stop it...not.
Not letting folks vote is unseemly. The open well-publicized caucuses are bad enough. But this is a whole other level of insider dealing and promises made, the very thing Trump rails against the most.
My thoughts are that Donald Trump should man up.
He’s whining this morning about Wyoming.
Ted Cruz is not whining... he’s working to get delegates.
Trump is beginning to look like a fool.
