Cruz PAC’s Paid Talk Radio Insider $8M Dollars – Was Money Illegally Used To Buy Endorsements?
Republic Broadcasting ^ | 4/13/2016 | Republic Broadcasting

(Reality Check 753) Reality Check has already shown how “Neutral” Conservative News Websites Breitbart and The Daily Wire are actually fronts for the Ted Cruz Campaign. In our article “The $25 Million Dollar Trump Take Down” we clearly show that the owners of those sites donated over $25 Million Dollars to the Cruz Campaign and then use their websites to promote him. But is Talk Radio also on the take? Reality Check dug into Cruz FEC Filings and discovered the Cruz PACs paid a Talk Radio Insider over $8 Million Dollars, and the endorsements of Glenn Beck, Mark Levin and others quickly came in.

The FCC regulates the nation’s TV and Radio Stations because the signals they use are owned by the public. This is why you cannot use certain words on the radio, stations must have licenses, keep a public records file and make it available, etc.

One FCC rule is 47 U.S. Code § 317 or the Payola Rule. Simply put, Radio/TV Stations and their employees are not allowed to take money to put content in their programming, mention items, talk about candidates, etc. unless that sponsorship is disclosed.

In other words, if a Talk Show host like Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Hugh Hewitt or others was paid money by a campaign to talk glowingly, defend or endorse a candidate, and not disclose that they were paid on-air to the audience, or the radio stations they are broadcast on, they’d be in violation of the law. The station could lose it’s license and the host could be jailed and fined.

Politico published an article in December called, “Talk Radio Rallies Around Ted Cruz” highlighting Glenn Beck, Mark Levin and Erick Erickson, amongst others as hosts defending Cruz and bashing Donald Trump (to Cruz’s benefit).

"According to Sternitzky’s LinkedIn Profile, he was the National Account Manager for Salem Communications (syndicator for Mark Levin, Dennis Prager, Michael Medved, Bill Bennett, Mike Gallagher, Erick Erickson and Hugh Hewitt) from August 2005 to August 2011. Before that Sternitzky worked for Premeire Radio Networks (syndicator for Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Meghan McCain)."

Well what do you do if you are trying to win an election without enough popular support?

You completely evaded the comments and questions again, and instead focused on me personally. Again, I have no control what you or anyone thinks or infers.

Fact is, you’re supporting Cruz, yet another lying lawyer fraud, another career politician, while attempting to sound profound with your stump speech style wordy comments. Not buying nate.

You might want to try and impress someone else with your stump speeches and civil war getup. Good luck.

Nice dodge, sir. Cruz sat there while Beck said he was fulfilling the prophecies of Mormon doctrine.....

And said nothing. Nothing.

For you to say he has virtually never put a wrong foot forward is laughable, and shows just how idolatrous a lot of Cruz supporters are. Just start with that one.

Then move on to Cruz blaming Trump for the violence in Chicago. As you just did when you said Trump was the one who incited violence. It's no wonder Cruz supporters get flamed here. Saying things like that simply invites it, such a moronic thing to do, blame Trump for the violent thugs on the left, and the machinations of a deranged reporterette.

Then you can move on to Cruz blaming Trump for the Enquirer stories, without one shred of evidence.

And you have the nerve to say that Trump is the buffoon when you sit there saying things for the kettle.

So stop with this Cruz is the embodiment of perfection or Cruz is the perfect conservative candidate (Corker, TPP, his earlier before Trump positions on illegals and H1 visas) stuff that you all peddle. It's embarrassing.

And while you're at it, go ahead and explain how Cruz is "fighting the establishment" when he's accepted the establishment endorsements, money, and campaign strategies only in order to take out the front runner for them.

The good news: It's probably not going to work.

The bad news: If it does work, those same people Cruz has now thrown in with for political gain (so principled, yes?) will either throw him overboard for another candidate, or exact such huge parts of the so called conservative agenda from him, we might as well nominate Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, or John McCain again.

If that happens, and it's the likely outcome of the #neverTrump people, Cruz will have left everything for ashes and won't be able to be elected dog catcher again. He will become the most hated figure on the right, by the right, for a generation

And yes, even you know I'm right on that. You just won't ever admit it.

No, let's start here:

Cruz blaming Trump for the violence in Chicago

Cruz did not speak of only one gross breach of the responsibilities for one who would be president of the United States to curb his big mouth, he was speaking of the cumulative impact of dozens of gaffes committed by Trump:

1.Trump, who encourages his supporters to surround and shout down protesters with chants of “USA,” has openly pined for “the old days,” when, he says, noisy demonstrators would be carried out of a political rally on stretchers.

2.“I’d like to punch him in the face,” he told a Las Vegas casino rally crowd last month when one protester was ejected.

3.As protesters have been led away by police or security, Trump has said he wishes he could punch them in the face, or that in the old days protesters went out on a stretcher, or that someone should "knock the crap out of them" and that he would pay legal fees for someone who did. http://www.npr.org/2016/03/14/470375065/a-campaign-on-the-brink-donald-trump-and-the-intersection-of-outrage-and-violenc and

4. "The audience hit back and that's what we need a little bit more of."

5."Part of the problem ... is nobody wants to hurt each other anymore."

6. the candidate bemoaned the fact that there were no longer "consequences" to protesting and insisted the "country has to toughen up."

7.“You know, part of the problem and part of the reason it takes so long is nobody wants to hurt each other anymore, right?"

8."In the good old days this doesn't happen because they used to treat them very, very rough."

9.“They used to treat them very, very rough, and when they protested once, they would not do it again so easily,” he said, before lamenting "we've become weak."

10."Try not to hurt him. If you do, I'll defend you in court, don't worry about it."

11."If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you? Seriously." He again promised to pay for any legal fees associated with an assault.

12.After a Black Lives Matter activist was kicked, punched and, he said, called the N-word at a campaign event in Birmingham, Alabama, in November, Trump expressed his approval.

"Maybe he should have been roughed up because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing,"

13."I don’t know if I’ll do the fighting myself or if other people will."

Boo hoo.

Did he hurt your sensibilities?

I guess you forget that Trump, or his supporters, NEVER started any of the violence.

Frankly I'm quite pleased that the left gets stood up to with their crap by him and his supporters. If more people had stood up against them, we wouldn't be in such dire straits. I guess that living in Germany has taught you well to lie down before your conquerors.

You, on the other hand, do realize the left thinks so little of your candidate and his chances, that they never show up at his speeches.

You might want to think about why......

But you won't.

Every day Donald Trump obliges those who are willing to listen with evidence out of his own mouth that he is temperamentally unfit for the responsibilities of President Of the United States Of America.

Your opinion. And a wrong one.

Donald Trump will get the nomination, notwithstanding all the demonization, character assassination, and slanted propaganda that you can spew.

Colorado Delegates Speak Out On The Steal

Ted Cruz has lost. He will have been mathematically eliminated after the next Tuesday or two. Ted Cruz's only hope is to get the nomination at a contested GOP convention, which would hopelessly splinter the party, and guarantee a GOP defeat in November.

Simply put, that's not going to happen.

Build a wall.
enforce the law.
deport them all.
end sanctuary cities.
end anchor babies.
moratorium on muslim immigration.
cut the taxes.
cut the spending.
cut the regulations.
cut the government.
cut the debt.
cut the epa.
repeal obamacare.
get the feds out and allow health insurance to be sold over state lines.
send education back to states.
get a handle on trade.
make trade deals in our own interests.
bring back capital.
bring back manufacturing.
bring back jobs.
strengthen the economy.
defend the second amendment
defend religious freedom.
appoint constitutional conservative judges.
rebuild our military.
bomb the shit out of isis.
end political correctness.
take the gop head-on.
take the media head-on.
take the liberals head-on.
and win, baby, win.

all of the above on a shoestring budget compared to most of the 16 competitors he’s beaten.
no pacs.
no big donors.

what’s democrat about any of the above?
What’s not conservative?
what’s not to like?

You just don't understand, sargon.

All of that stuff cited is mere fal de ral, and simply unpleasant bait for the unwashed who do not have the power of intellect to discern how great Cruz is.

Cruz is perfect, sublime, and has never done anything wrong.

Not once.

"Oh, and I did notice you don't actually deal with the points that I brought up. Nice dodge."

You mischaracterize my reply which states: No, let's start here

When you have dealt responsibly and responsibly with those quotations of Donald Trump I will move on to the next issue. But I'm not going to be playing your game otherwise.

I will give you a hint, if you accuse Cruz of making statements about Trump's connection to the National Enquirer, you must lay them out. Sweeping conclusions in lieu of facts will not be dealt with, and personal attacks against me in the future will shut off the debate.

I am tired of your childishness.
