Forbes and Trump have two very different world views. I suspect Forbes and Trump agree on no more than 20% of the issues at stake in any given presidential election.

The fact that Trump calls for tariffs on foreign products as a measure to bring jobs back to the U.S. -- while Forbes explains the regulatory burden that American people and businesses face -- is very telling. Forbes is a well-read, cerebral guy who can explain things very clearly and back it up with plenty of research. Trump is nothing more than and endless stream of campaign slogans.

New Balance Shoe Company against TPP.

White House tried to shut them up about coming out against this by dangling a pentagon contract for athletic footware.

White house lied and disembled.

TPP would abolish a TARIFF on athletic footware that has been in place forever.

That TARIFF goes away, and kiss those 4 manufacturing plants in Massachusetts and Maine employing 1500 people goodbye.

oh, but but, TARIFFS are bad dontcha know...

And guess what ? If New Balance didn't bother to fight to keep this TARIFF in place, and the manufacturing went to asia, the execs for New Balance wallets would get FATTER due to increased profits.
