I just booked a hotel so that I can attend the Syracuse rally!
I was waffling because I am scared about driving in larger cities, and didn’t want to try to drive in the morning of and find parking. SO, I realized there is a smaller back route, which goes almost directly to a hotel, and I decided I could do that without getting fricken LOST. I always get lost. Always. I can leave my car there and get an UBER to the rally. Problem solved.
Sadly, that means I will have to miss the Ted Cruz chat with Hannity in Binghamton. But honestly, if Hannity weren’t involved Cruz would NEVER have booked that. And it is in the smallest venue in Binghamton, which has multi-level seating. It’s always easier to make that sort of place look “full” than when it is one level. If Hannity was not part of the “show” Ted would be embarrassed by the tiny attendance - but I am sure he knows that.
BTW, I am not at all sad to miss the Cruz rally. HA!
You are very brave and a patriot. Kudos to you. Prayers that you have a flawless travel experience and LOTS of fun and chocolate!

I enjoyed every minute last fall at a VA rally.
People were all very friendly and kind waiting for such a long time for the event to start.
Wear red, comfortable shoes and a tiny purse...security is tight. I carried water to the last trash barrel at the door! GO EARLY, don’t be left outside.
