Oh geez. First do I think he should be charged? Absolutely not, but based on the law as it is written he is not innocent. Not being charged and being innocent are two different things. By the titles logic Hillary is innocent.

Do I agree with Cruz and Kasich on this issue? No I do not. But this dumb ass flame title doesn’t help the situation one bit.

We need to start acting like adults. After the election is over we’ll look back at these threads and be ashamed at how we acted over a bunch of politicians.

...

A person is innocent until proven guilty. The way the law is written is irrelevant.

Not being charged and being innocent are two different things.

But in this case, once you have seen the video, you KNOW she made up something that never happened, and that he was totally innocent of any charge she made.

But then, lying about something doesn't matter when you can send out the kind of nonsense they did to tear down an opponent. And the media cheered while they reported it. Congrats to Ted! Well done, you showed that big meanie who was boss!

I find it interesting that so many Cruz supporters have learned that lying thing really well, and like the one they support, seemingly have no shame.

I fear we'll have to go through several months of "told you so."

“Absolutely not, but based on the law as it is written he is not innocent.”

Funny that you put it this way “not innocent”. Anyone with any decency would admit the obvious that there was nothing prosecutable....”guilty of nothing” if you will.

“The Law is an ass”

You wanted (still do, apparently) him hung out to dry. Trump, by standing by an innocent man showed his decency.

You, Kasich, Cruz exposed yourselves as petty asses, attempting still to split hairs and destroy an innocent man.

Evidence, law, common sense be damned, you’ll gossip him to his death until you convict this innocent man.

Good luck with that. You’re going to need it.
