The Florida state prosecutor's office is set to hold a 2 p.m. press conference regarding charges made against Donald Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski.
Lewandowski was charged with battery last month stemming from an incident in which he grabbed now-former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields. The Florida state prosecutors' office is expected to drop the charges against Lewandowski in today's press conference.

In fact Ms Fields had been moved away by secret service and she came back for more....hell if it was me i would have shot the broad for being a threat to a Presidential candidate but that’s just me ./sarc

Lewindowski will not apologize because it can be used as an admission of guilt. This is especially true when you have a woman like this who has a past history of claiming to be a victim in similar such situations.
Amazing to see journalists actually committing journalism about a false flag but having no interest in what the candidates are actually saying of stand for!
Yeah, just like they both backed the protesters in Chicago instead of Trump = desperation.

No deal that charges would be dropped in exchange for an apology - but he thinks the matter could have been avoided if there had been an apology (i.e., Fields would not have filed complaint).
Suddenly Rush Limbaugh is explaining how this was all nothing, after previously saying it was a serious problem.

On the apology, supposedly there is a brief proposed written apology from Lewandowski.
Prosecutor says it would have been unethical for him to file the charges.

Why is it hard for people to understand that sometimes the “victim” is a lying jerk.
There was a videotape plainly showing there was no “crime” and we got treated to a bunch of hysterics telling us to ignore our lying eyes.

An apology, whether proposed or actually made, has no bearing on this outcome.
Prosecutor is making fun of the press for reporting, falsely, that he was "in the tank" somehow, based on the fact that he knew Cruz from Hastings Hall in Harvard (shared bathroom in law school), Rubio from state legislature, and has been to Mara Lago, but as part of an 800 person gathering.

I have to agree Cruz really soiled himself on this one, he is a rank opportunist.
The “NEVERTRUMP” people are spitting nails over this right now. Expect them to appear on M. Kelly’s show tonight in order to express their emotional and self righteous outrage.
