But that's not what happened. This story is legitimate news because it discloses how SCOTUS deliberates on such cases. And we should thank Cruz for it. Because we are subject to the jurisdiction of SCOTUS. And it is our right to know!
I understand your point, that we should know how the Supreme Court makes decisions. I thought the whole procedure was undignified. Maybe it’s just me, avoiding talking about a person’s individual thoughts about things. I wouldn’t say anything stronger than saying she seemed uncomfortable.
