"New Balance officials say one big reason is that they were told the Department of Defense would give them serious consideration for a contract to outfit recruits..."

And there you have it... If their silence was bought for 30 pieces of silver they deserve to get f***ed in the a**

Thanks for going public with your treachery.

In the show business, New Balance is one of the closest things to good guys going. They still have some production stateside, and they don’t go so crazy on the $300 ghetto gear with crazy endorsements, but make a good sneaker/show for real people. They also are better than most at making wide widths. Best sneakers I had since my $35 Clyde Frazier pumas, which shall never be matched.

I was in the military during the 1980s. I don’t remember ever being issued “sneakers.” If you wanted sneakers, you had to buy them yourself at the PX. Otherwise you did your running in combat boots.

The Uniparty vs an American shoe company. Sounds easy to believe.

Willing to sell out the country for a bribe and they got burned; folks in liberal New England will be hurt. Maybe the TPP has some merit, after all.
