Muslims are Israelis, and Muslims are not Jews.
I asked what "King of the Jews" meant to you. Do you really think of it as a "sneer and an accusation of insurrection and treason" ? Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

All Israel are brethren.
Are you referring to the fact that many muslims live in Israel? (A good example of poor immigration policy that is backfiring.) In that sense, they are indeed Israelis. Or are you referring to the descendants of Esau?
As far as the “Are you the King of the Jews?” question: it was asked by Pilate during Jesus’ trial. Pilate and the other accusers were thinking in purely political terms. Spiritually, “King of the Jews” is a reference to the Messiah, but that was far from their minds.
Surely you know this.
