WOW! Glenn Beck: Nobody Can Understand the Moses-Like Burden Ted Cruz Carries
The Gateway Pundit ^ | 4/12/16 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 04/13/2016 12:26:20 PM PDT by tatown

Radio host Glenn Beck told his audience last month that Ted Cruz was “anointed for this time.”

Beck also brought a fasting child on stage in Utah and declared, “This is the priesthood rising.”

On his television program last week, Beck told his studio audience that he sent an encouraging note to Ted Cruz a couple weeks back because nobody knows what it is like to carry the Moses-like burden that Cruz bears. Transcript via RWW:

“Imagine being in a position to where you believe it, you believe the country is at the end, you believe that God is telling you, ‘Step up to the plate.’ You believe that you, just like Moses, may be slow in speech and not the perfect guy, but you know if you get in there, you can actually do something and you’ve tried to stay loyal. Do you know what that life is like for two years of tearing yourself apart, of ‘please Lord, just tell me, just tell me, just tell me, I’ll do it, just tell me.’ And the burden of I blew it? Oh my gosh, I don’t want to be them.”

Wow!

That's EXACTLY OUR POINT. Why is Ted Cruz hanging around Glenn Beck? Glenn Beck is nuts.

Because despite being nuts, Beck has followers. If all you have to do to get his followers is to be nice to the nut, then why not do it?

I will point out that Hillary has followers too, and her followers are also nuts.

Because Cruz has no problem using a false religion-promoter like Glenn Beck to take Utah.

The same Glenn Beck who “swore him in” is the same Glenn Beck who wanted a “big tent” GOP to embrace the homosexual community.

Moses was found lying in a cradle. Ted was found lying too.

I like it. +1

Moses was found lying in a cradle.

Ted was found cradling a lie.

Yeah, so? I don't have a problem with it either. This sounds like the sort of man who knows how to fight.

The same Glenn Beck who “swore him in” is the same Glenn Beck who wanted a “big tent” GOP to embrace the homosexual community.

Just because you want votes from a nuts followers does not mean you have to embrace a nuts' ideas.

But while we're on that topic, I'm seeing examples of a lot of this very same sort of infection spreading throughout the Republican party. They are literally embracing "Big Anus" as quickly as they can.

Whatever this crazy is, it seems to be making quite the rounds nowadays.

Ted simply is not going to get the number of delegates required.

He’s embraced (by thanking some of them for their support) Lindsey Graham, Mitt Romney (who’s going even further off the rails) and has hired Neil Bush. I’m sure I’ve left some off.

Trump, imho, is the only one that can beat Hillary. Further, Trump has all sorts of enemies, the GOPe, the MSM, the Globalists, the uber liberals. Which concerns me, frankly, for his safety. And now Ted is working with the GOPe to stop Trump.

If you’re going to be sworn-in at a Bible college, you shouldn’t do it with a guy whose belief system is based on smacking down the Bible. Not if you’re born-again.

Frankly, though, having worked with several (who are now pastors, I might add) seminarians with Master’s Degrees, most seminaries turn out folks that can’t make the distinction any more.

Is Blair a practicing Muslim?

I have read that Charles is, also, his father is Greek.

[ Whatever this crazy is, it seems to be making quite the rounds nowadays. ]

BTW, it has been off-the-rails since 2007/2008. Not that you didn’t already know that.

I think we’re toast. I think the U.S.A. is not significant enough in the End Times to merit being in the Bible. And no, we are not Mystery Babylon. Though the country is doing an incredible impersonation; especially with BamBam at the helm.

I don’t say this with joy; quite the opposite. But there’s little I can do. I sent out tons of info to people. Most shrugged their shoulders or round-filed it immediately.

And so it is.......one guy hated me because I always talked about Bible Prophecy (it was a job). This guy became quite the interested party and was pleasant to speak with -— immediately after 9/11/2001. it definitely got his attention.

I have no doubt they’re coming again - in a different manner.

Tony Blair was required, AFAIK, to be a member of the Church of England while in office.

On a side note, the bill to remove the Church of England as the official “religion” was numbered 666. This is not tinfoil. Even a member of Parliament said it was a sign from God.

When Tony left his job, it was reported he adopted the faith of his wife, RCC.

Ted simply is not going to get the number of delegates required.

It is looking quite possibly that nobody will. Then it goes into a contested convention, and thereby it greatly increases the possibility of Cruz getting the nomination.

Trump, imho, is the only one that can beat Hillary.

I have no doubt that if Trump gets the nomination, he will win in a grand slam landslide election against Hillary. I think Cruz will merely win, but I think either candidate will beat her.

Further, Trump has all sorts of enemies, the GOPe, the MSM, the Globalists, the uber liberals.

But he also has a lot of the wrong sort of friends, like Bill and Hillary and the New York Glitterati. He's been far too cozy with the Liberal left for far too much of his life for me to feel comfortable.

And now Ted is working with the GOPe to stop Trump.

You knew the craven cowards would have to come down somewhere. As with Reagan in 1980, the Bush establishment had to back him just to maintain some sort of semblance of relevance.

If you’re going to be sworn-in at a Bible college, you shouldn’t do it with a guy whose belief system is based on smacking down the Bible. Not if you’re born-again.

I am not grasping your point here.

Frankly, though, having worked with several (who are now pastors, I might add) seminarians with Master’s Degrees, most seminaries turn out folks that can’t make the distinction any more.

The whole world is going nuts. Not just them.

Our voices don't carry. Only liberal voices carry, and that's because they own all the transmitters and studios.

People only believe the crap they are fed from the television nowadays.

I have no doubt they’re coming again - in a different manner.

They will be coming in the same manner as always.

Ted Cruz is a true, consistent conservative who believes in the Christian values that made this country great! So is Glen Beck, and you should not cast aspersions on either of them.

I strongly suggest you set aside an afternoon and get a good book on systematic theology. Personally I recommend Dr. Wayne Grudem's tome, but even an older version of Basic Theology by Charles C. Ryrie is a good start.

You will find that neither Dominionism (Cruz) or Mormonism (Beck) have anything to do with genuine Christianity.

It is good to think well of others, but please don't mistake political soundbites for sound Christian doctrine.

BTW, I don’t disagree Trump was hanging with Bill and Hillary; the proof is out there.

I think Cruz is fake. The Corker Bill did it for me. This Chicago thing really did it for me.

I had to pull a lever for Mitt - ouch - because if nothing else, it would get rid of that dirtbag Eric Holder who was a complete liberal activist at DOJ. Not that much has changed since BamBam got re-elected.

Regardless of all that, I don’t think TC can beat Hillary, who is probably going to be the nominee, miracles not withstanding (emails).

Frankly, and I’ve said this before, I’ll be surprised if there is a 2016 election. I’ll be surprised if something big (unknown) doesn’t happen - especially between July, 2016 and January, 2017.

I’m not setting dates. I’d be more than happy to be completely-wrong.

Each day, it seems, brings new surprises and mostly not good.

Yes they do. TV, movies, magazines. People Magazine, I think it was, with Trayvon as an 8-year old.

The American public wouldn’t know the truth of hardly any matter if it smacked them upside the head like a 2x4.

Which reality will, I fear, before too long.
