What's we've learned from both the RNC & DNC is it's their game and their football.
They allow each state's RNC & DNC leadership to make their Primary rules which vary wildly from state to state.
Allowing the public to vote in most States is a smoke-screen as we learn the Party's chosen delegates are only loosely bound to the voters and if so, only for the initial vote at each organization's national convention.
I'm OK with the States making their Primary rules, which are published a year in advance, but I'd like to see every State vote at the same time.
We had both sides declaring winners & losers after only a handful of states had voted.
It is my understanding that the Colorado decision was done in August/September 2015. That’s your year?
