Donald Trump is right: The system is rigged. Its rigged in favor of front-runners. Thats why Trump, who is leading the Republican nominating contest, has a larger percentage of delegates (46 percent) than of votes (37 percent). Unsurprisingly, Trump never mentions when the rules have helped him. He much prefers to whine and peddle conspiracy theories when they dont.
Trumps latest tantrum is over Colorado, where Ted Cruz just swept all 34 of the states available delegates. Trump is calling the results totally unfair and on Twitter he asked: How is it possible that the people of the great State of Colorado never got to vote in the Republican Primary? If Trump is so concerned about states not holding primaries, perhaps he should renounce his victory at Nevadas caucuses.
Colorado is one of ten states and four territories that opted for caucuses or state conventions over primaries. That does not make it undemocratic. In fact, on March 1, in community centers, gymnasiums, and churches across the state, 60,000 Colorado Republicans attended 2,917 precinct caucuses to elect delegates to the county assemblies and congressional-district conventions that convened during the following weeks. The district conventions send 21 delegates to Cleveland; and at this weekends state convention, more than 600 people chosen by the county assemblies competed to be one of Colorados 13 statewide delegates. Nothing was stolen. This is how Colorados delegate-selection process works.

Well of course. Donald being full of drama works with the media. They love drama.
That’s not a good thing in my opinion. A petulant kid is full of drama. One running for president gets media attention.
What is disappointing is so many, his followers, re-enact his drama. I don’t think all of them know its not real, but a ploy that he relies on them to really believe.

Watch the first five minutes or so, Trump talks about the rules in Colorade and Florida and elsewhere. Very interesting;

I thought you got the “big picture”.
I do.
I checked the official gop site; https://www.gop.com/official-2016-gop-delegate-count/
Trump has 755 and needs 482
Cruz has 521 and needs 716
There are 798 remaining
Trump needs 60.4% of the remaining delegates.
Cruz needs 89.7% of the remaining delegates.
THat is one reason I agree with JR;

Cruz has lost it fair and square and should step aside for the sake of the country.
If his continued efforts at thievery split and destroy the party,
well be saddled by Hillary or burned by Bernie.

Cruz lost the primary vote and is now aiding and abetting the enemy (the GOPe)
in their treasonous attempt to deny the nomination to the winner.
Cruz is a sore loser turned traitor against the grassroots voters.
And the foolish neophyte thinks the GOPe is going to let him have a shot at the presidency
if he helps them block Trump?
Laughable if it wasnt so serious.

Yes, you’ve posted that what, a dozen times.
Take me off your spam list.
Be better to try to stick with a coherent argument on a topic rather than default to repetitive spam posts.
JR is spam. Cool.
Ok. Whats again amazingly stupid is Cruz saying Donald Trump 65,000 people voted in the state of Colorado. They just didnt vote for you. They voted for our campaign.
That is Brain. Dead. Stupid. Cruz plays right into Trumps hand with stupid comments like that. And hes too stupid to realise it.
Spam is posting the same thing over and over.
The only people willing to claim their candidate will do better than Romney - absolutely essential since Romney lost - are the totally delusional Cruzbots who say he can win 47 states.
The realists are realistically conceding defeat. You understand the party has no future under that scenario. None. The demographics will only get worse with future amnesties. Immigrants vote at least 60% leftist Democrat.
The neocon foreign policy is absolutely toxic. Even hinting at more wars for no discernable American interest is damaging. Lindsey "0%" Graham ran on that and look where it got him.
So what have you got? What issues will bring millions of voters to the GOP? Trump has trade and immigration. I'm not ready to give up on winning.
You are THE ONLY one who has complained. Congratulations. Most people thank me because they don’t read every single thread.
65K Coloradans voted--they just voted against Trump. That's 11 elections in a row we've won. #WhiningIsntWinning https://t.co/m0NrRh5mFu— Ted Cruz (@tedcruz) April 11, 2016
Here's my previous response, again:
We all have our opinions and analysis for what little thats worth.Trump's wall would only affect roughly half of illegal immigrants; the rest don't come in that way. And then Trump proposes touchback amnesty. He grants them 'legal status' and keeps the door open to citizenship afterward. So I don't seem him as effective on the issue. But, non-subjectively, if we look to what data we have, most indicate that Trump is the worst choice for victory over Hillary, particularly in battleground states.
The real issue isn't immigration. As I said, he's not addressing the real problems, and he his solutions aren't much of a solution.
What is the real issue?
You pointed to it in regards to immigration in your last reply:
Immigrants vote at least 60% leftist Democrat.
Why?
You pointed to it in regards to immigration in your last reply:

Does it matter? Karl Rove has had 16 years to come up with a way to get immigrants to vote Republican. Nothing works. That leaves us with damage control as the only option. Cut off the source of new Democratic voters by blocking amnesty, building a wall, cracking down on the employers of illegals and placing a moratorium on most legal immigration. It's popular and effective.
As for why immigrants are leftists, maybe most of the world is leftist and the more we dilute the votes of the natural born citizens on our small island of liberty the less liberty we'll have.
It isn't just economics. Asian immigrants who do very well economically still vote Democrat. If you value freedom all immigration is a threat.
I think it matters, because we’re also growing new liberal democrats that aren’t immigrants.
If you magically stopped all immigration tomorrow, the country would still being going down this road to hell.
Immigration isn’t the problem, China and Japan and Mexico aren’t the problem; America is not victims of these. If we don’t identify the problems correctly, think our ‘solutions’ are not going to work, and can even make things much worse.
I will quickly add that none of the candidates are very good at this, but I think Trump is by far the worst.
But all that is aside from the problem with 60,000 people supposedly supporting Cruz 100%.
They got to VOTE - Geesh yourself.
