Why on Earth would any thug from NYC drive 300 miles to Burlington when they have their own underground manufacturers and Muslim arms dealers all over the city? Liberal logic astounds me.

Most of the guns that are used in crimes and violence and killings in New York come from out of state. Most of the drugs sold there that fuels the violence probably come from out of state. Bring manufacturing back to NY!

Goodness, Vermont must be near the top in violent crime statistics.
Actually they are always among the bottom.

The question I always have when this cross-border gun availability canard is raised by the left is: If it is simply the availability of guns in state X (Vermont in this case) that leads to gun crime, then why isn't state X experiencing an elevated level of firearms-related crime?
If I am not mistaken; Vermont has one of lowest statewide crime rates in the country. Gun violence is primarily a function of demographics and much less about the availability of legal firearms.

Bernie Sanders, the Leland Yee of Vermont !
How come crime in all these big blue cities is the fault of the gun laws in some other state ?
It’s never what people in NY are doing or not doing.

But, wait! A few years ago they were blaming GEORGIA for all those out of state guns! “The Iron Pipeline” they called it.

Mrs Clinton, NY’s SAFE law requires registration of common rifles; compliance rate is 4%. How do you propose implementing gun control laws when 96% of otherwise law abiding gun owners say “he11 no!”?

If guns from Vermont cause so much trouble in NY, why don’t they cause the same trouble in VT?
