I'll repeat the long standing rule.

The winner of the nomination needs to have a majority of the delegates, in this case 1237 delegates.

If Trump gets to 1237, then Cruz and Kasich should drop out. Until then, no one has won the nomination, so they should keep fighting, even if that means an open convention.
