Liberals have redefined both “racism” and “rape” to where they are meaningless.
Many, perhaps most, liberals will say that all whites are by definition racist, and that blacks cannot be racist. At that point in the discussion, I don’t care if someone is “racist” or not; the word has no useful meaning.
Liberals also say that “rape” includes any contact without consent, including contact when the woman is intoxicated and thus unable to give meaningful consent. I don’t care about the crime of a guy “taking advantage” of a girl who chose to get drunk and willingly had sex while drunk.
It’s a shame too. Both “racist” and “rape” were useful words back when they had meaning. In a statistic like this though, they are nonsense.
Long answer: Hell, no.

I wholeheartedly agree with you and your preceding point. I will only add, that IF you were completely wrong AND IF the leftists were completely right in their claims...then we would have higher incidences of rape occurring on our college campuses than was happening in RAWANDA during their bloody civil war.
That is how wrong they are and how right you are.
