What’s the problem, Congress has been giving money to the UN for decades, and giving them way too much leeway, to do whatever the 7734 upside down and backwards that they want, that by now the sovereignty of the UN is so well established the only way of dealing with it is to collapse the structure into the east river and kiss their charter a well deserved good by and good riddance.

PS: I have no idea short of looking at my maps whether the structure is anywhere near the East River, but it sounds good so there you are.
