Head-Spinning Stupidity: You Only Want Your Guns Because You’re Racist

Liberals are always twisting themselves in knots trying to find ways to demonize gun owners and anyone they disagree with in general. Now under the guise of “new research” comes the idea that opposition to gun control is because of white resentment of minorities.

The idea and the articles really are funny, in a sad way. The Washington Post breathlessly said that researchers “found that whites were significantly less likely to support gun control measures when they had recently looked at pictures of black people, than when they had looked at pictures of white people.”

The logical flaw in that statement apparently was not evident to the intrepid staff at the Post, so anxious were they to have their preconceptions affirmed. According to this idiotic world view, whites will only support gun control if they are actively looking at pictures of black people. If only they would stop looking at those photos, things would be better for the country! When they only look at pictures of white people, support for gun control goes up, according to the Post.

There is research that shows people rate pictures of fat people more positively when questioned by an obese research assistant.

Subjects respond in a way to please researchers. The agenda of this allegedly unbiased researcher was clear to these subjects.

They should also read about the 5 min gun battle between the Lumbee Indians and the KKK in the 1950’s North Carolina, KKK never came back and I wonder why.
