Wait probably not. It is called Name Recognition. While it looks bad for Trump’s name, Trump isn’t responsible. Probably receives percentage of Profit to use his name. Outside of that, his involvement is most likely non existent.

Call it a gentile oversight. The old Trump vodka was, per modern keeping of ritual Jewish law, probably kosher for everyday use, only not for Passover. Jews who are actually serious about observing these ritual laws, will double check matters like this, and not just assume a kosher vodka means year round. Trump did nothing wrong except not researching his marketplace as well as he could have. The new Trump vodka is now considered compliant with ritual Jewish law year around, except you still shouldn’t drink it on a fast day (hey nobody’s perfect).
