Yeah, that’s what we need another candidate threatening to sue anyone at anytime for any reason. No, I’m glad Ted Cruz is not like Donald Trump and sue happy. Politics is a tough business, and the very nature of it leads many politicians to lies and baseless charges. Thankfully, Ted hasn’t stooped to that level, and turns the other cheek. Ted’s actions speak for themselves, no matter how many times Donald lies about him.

That's it, when you have no defense resort to ad hominine attacks. Just like Cruz when he laid the blame of the story at Trump's feet. Your man has no honor, except among thieves perhaps. He even lies about his eligibility. That is why he has his records sealed. Now I understand why Cruz never questioned Obama's sealed records, he was planning the same tactic.
Why did Cruz seal his records?
Where is the Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a citizen of the United States of America? That isn’t something that is made up. It is a requirement. So where is it?
Just the fact that he did seal his records, and that there appears to be no record of this document, should arouse a great deal of suspicion in the people that support him the same as it has in those who do not support him.
But in today's America emotion always triumphs over logic and truth.
Many of those who steadfastly support Cruz were among those screaming foul when the communist side of their masters’ political party placed a foreign born up for the office of President of the United States. But now because they support him, his followers are condemning those who not only support Trump, desperately clinging to the idea that where a person is born doesn’t matter as long as they have at least one American parent. They have absolutely no knowledge that there is more required than just having a single parent be American. They have no interest at all in learning the facts pertaining to the requirements of being legally a natural born American citizen. Emotion as always ranks above facts.
However the actual citizenship of Mr. Cruz as well as whether he can be declared natural born is in question and many constitutional scholars say he is not. He should just unseal his records and show that he was listed as having dual citizenship at birth. It would end it. Unless it doesn’t exist, which of course it doesn't because Canada did not recognize dual citizenship in that era.
So to respond to your juvenile ad hominine attack, no I am not naïve. Nor will I be blinded by emotion to accept that Ted Cruz is eligible, regardless of what some Democrat judge ruled in Pa. Apparently, however, your false narrative that you care about this country and respect the Constitution is as shallow as the person is that you support for President. You see I really could care less that Ted may or may not have had numerous affairs, there are bigger issues with lyin' Ted.
What are you hiding Ted? Oh that's right, you are hiding the fact that you are not who you have convinced people you are. That you will in fact be the second usurper to occupy the White House while you destroy this country for your oligarch masters.
