Yes...what you said...yesterday I was going to buy my husband a canned iced coffee (Starbucks) at the grocery store as our fridge icemaker is broken and he wanted iced coffee on a rare hot day here....looked at the “iced coffee” ingredients thinking it would be just coffee...but...no...SUGAR too!

Exactly. And also, perhaps, a sense of proportion!
When I was in truck driving school, I was told I couldn’t be a driver because I don’t drink coffee!! LOL
I still don’t drink coffee, but when I don’t feel well and I’m close to a Starbucks, I will get a chia tea latte.
Outrage!!!
Reparations and an end to heterophobia!!!
I think it is kind to alert the customer to the unhealthy product you are about to serve them.
Type 1 diabetes is not the result of over indulgence. It is genetic, his sisters could not have prevented it if they tried.
His sisters have type 1 diabetes which is an autoimmune disease and has nothing to do with caloric or sugar intake.
Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease. Doesn’t matter what you eat or drink.
Thanks.
Maybe the fattie can learn something from his Barista
It was a customer actually, who claimed she was "poor" while she drank a $7 venti drink while using her $1200 laptop
He said the diabetes statement hits close to home because his two sisters suffer from type 1 diabetes.
...
The message is obviously referring to type 2 diabetes. The guy should chill out.
LOL!
;^)

That is certainly true, but those who have a lot of Type II diabetes in their family generally are careful about their carbs in advance of having the disease.
Alas, I know some who never paid attention to that and now have Type II.
I thought that was required by government law?
Absolutely.
Starbucks makes that used motor oil they call coffee taste like burned s*** for a reason: so customers will pay extra to cover it up with gay toppings.
An article I read earlier said that they are filling their serving positions with lesbos. Imposed mental illness is a natural outcome.
It isn’t whether the note was humorous or truthful. The point is that people who serve the public are expected to do that and keep their opinions or jokes to themselves. If an employee wants to act like a smartass about what people consume, they need to find another kind of employment like becoming a food critic or a stand-up comic.
