I see this over and over again but wouldn't she have to be convicted before a pardon was granted?? There is no way in hell that a case brought against her that would make its way through the court system to a guilty or not guilty verdict before next January. I could be wrong, but I don't think Obama could overturn an indictment.

Either one of those actions will result in Hillary being "damaged goods" and UNELECTABLE to the large majority of voters.
