Instead of hyperventilating, why don’t you use that enegry to find out the truth?

I also was supporting a Trump/Cruz ticket, then Cruz recieved Glenn Becks endorsement and Glenn attacked Trumps wife several times on his show. Then there was his he would stab Trump if he was close to him.

The Tea Party wing of the GOP is bigger than ever, but there are two factions.

The Trump faction believes DC is corrupt and we need to burn the whole thing down. Throw out all the rascals, since they are all tainted. Everyone, almost without exception, who thinks DC is a cesspool with no redeeming features supports Trump.

The Cruz faction believes DC is corrupt and we need to drag them back to following the Constitution and the rule of law. Replace the rascals with someone they hate so much that they said he could be murdered on the floor of the Senate and no one would vote to convict. That was Lindsey Graham six weeks ago, when the establishment hoped that someone, anyone other than Cruz would stop Trump. Cruz is the same man he was six weeks ago. The difference is that the voters have rejected everyone else but Trump and Cruz.

GOPe liberals back Cruz because they are hoping he will do less damage to their comfy position in change of our lives. That’s not a positive for Cruz, but it’s also not disqualifying.

I don’t want the candidate who would in the best of all possible worlds do the most damage to the corrupt DC establishment. I want the candidate who is most likely to be elected and will do enough damage to the establishment, with an emphasis on (1) protecting our borders, (2) repealing Obamacare without replacement, and (3) moving toward the constitutionally enumerated powers as a limit on the federal government. It’s not obvious to me whether Trump or Cruz is a better overall choice by that standard, but everyone else is unacceptable.

We have a prissy pantload trying to toss the nomination process to the GOPe.

Is there something else we should know?

I’ve spent countless hours reasearching and paying close attention- to the point that I think both these guys are sorely lacking.

That’s in between clutching my pearls and hyperventilating.

“Didn’t even bother to read the piece, did you?”

I read it. It said to be nice to Beck, Levin and Hannity.

Very well stated PrairieLady.

The reason there is a flood of articles trying to distance Teddy from the GOPe is because people saw it and didn’t like it. Covering their tracks is hilarious to witness.

I see Teddy as the biggest fraud out there.

Cruzettes see him as a brilliant savior, ‘using’ the GOPe to get ahead - strange that

The nonsense that he blamed Trump for the Georgie Soros funded crap going on outside has been touted as truth but it isn't.

It is very hard to sell that to people that watched his statement right after the incident.

If Trump puts him as vice prez...I won’t vote for Trump because Trump would be aligning himself with a deliberate liar, and deceiver.

Something forced Reagan to take that other Bush liar, did you abandon Reagan for that? Voodoo Economics indeed.

Fear and loathing. The GOPe loathes Cruz but they fear Trump. They fear Trump so much that they are willing to pimp for Cruz, a man they despise.

I actually met Cruz and shook his hand, he acted weird.

Cruz’s behavior the last 4-5 weeks has been very telling about his character.

1.He supported the rioters at the Trump rally.

2. The first thing Ted said when asked about the last terrorist attack was, “trumps wants to reduce NATO funds”.

3. He attacked Trumps wife on several times via surrogates, yes he knows what they are going to say.

4. Of the 6 largest GOP donors, 4 donate to Cruz.

5. After the Sea Island confab to stop Trump, attended by both the GOPe and liberals, Neil Bush became Cruz’s campaign finance manager.

6. Shortly thereafter several more Bush campaign people came on board.

7. Ted received a lot of endorsements from RINO’s.

8. Ted did have affairs I think the truth is getting ready to crush his campaign.

9. Cruz doesn’t want to build a wall, he says “secure the border”. \same thing all the RINO sluts say

I want to burn them to the ground, as Sarah said, “trump is the first wave of the attack.

I watched his statement right after the incident.

If you are a Cruz-hater, you will read things into what he said that just are not there.

In no way did he blame Trump for rioting in the streets, and he damned sure didn't "side with the rioters" which is the other BIG LIE twisted out of his statement.

What he DID say is that a candidate is the leader of his campaign, and that the demeanor of the candidate will set the tone of that campaign.

Unless the rioters in the streets were part of Trump's campaign, then, as Cruz said (first), the responsibility for their actions lies solely with them.

No Smoking

Cruz has consistently sided against Americans, here it was with BLM against Cops to score points on Trump. From his Law Firm being a massive Democrat money machine to drafting NAFTA under Bush, To pushing TPP. To Gutting our ability stop currency manipulation, to the Corker bill, and on and On. The only thing hes been consistent on is pushing forward the globalist agenda of hie wife.

We're going to disagree.

How ugly you want that to get is up to you.

Cruz has consistently sided against Americans, here it was with BLM against Cops to score points on Trump.

Post the link to Cruz's comments where HE said that.

Don't bombard me with twitter feed, either. I want him saying it. Direct quote, source of that. Not social media innuendo, not second derivative horse crap.

You can't because it doesn't exist.

From his Law Firm being a massive Democrat money machine

Ever work some place that does things you don't agree with. That doesn't mean you are party to, agree with, or make decisions affecting those actions. Any conservative with a Union Card could tell you that.

Heidi Cruz writing one paragraph in a report does not make her husband a globalist.

How many in the Senate voted for the Corker Bill? Apparently they all saw something in the legislation. How many voted against it? Would one vote changing from yea to nay have made any difference?

Ditto, same questions for TPP.

You think Trump isn't a Globalist? How many Arab (muslim) partners does he have or is that 'just business'?

I have no doubt you will eventually do like so many conservatives have done before you and wake up to who and what Cruz is. When you do you will hate yourself for pushing him.

Since everything you are trying to say has already been shown to you many times its a waste of time to do it again. You know you are wrong here. Others know you are wrong here. Pounding the table will not change the fact he blamed the cops and sided with BLM.

The fact is hes a Globalist. A globalist is not a conservative.
