Deport them once. If you have to deport them again, hamstring them on the way out. They’ll think long and hard about limping across the border illegally a third time.

Given the high amounts of reoffenders and the fact that deportation isn’t much of a defense against a determined criminal, any illegal caught in the USA should immediately be executed.
