The Washington Times is the conservative newspaper. The Washington Times used to be a conservative newspaper.

Oh hell this is Salon, now a respected media outlet on FR by sCruzifers.Betcha a dollar to a donut that if Salon posted a negative article on Cruz (or a positive one on Trump), a Trump supporter would post it in a nanosecond.
IMO, Salon should be barred from FR, except for comedic purposes.

769-732 is 37.
37 delegates going to Trump will keep sCruz out, at this point.
New York and Calif are the keys.

Cruz folks in bed with the Lefties, cheering on protests and loving every word from liberal media. Just yesterday, the Trump folks were all excited about the possibility of a big crossover vote of Dems and independents to vote for the Donald in a GOP primary. It used to be that conservatives were opposed to liberals messing around in our primaries to pick our nominees for us, but the Trump supporters are all for it.
But because Trump lost, now we have his minions accusing Cruz and his supporters "in bed with Lefties" simply because Cruz is doing what Trump can't - uniting the party behind him. I guess in the minds of the Trumpkins, the Republicans are the "Lefties", and the Dems that vote for Trump are the "conservatives"...

The headline speaks the truth. Trump is doing this as a challenge. He won just about everything else he wanted in the business world, and sees the presidency as something he should have too.
He is a sore loser. If he is the nominee a democrat wins. He is flaming out. I hope he drops out in time to give the nomination to someone less objectionable.

Trump's never toast, sonny.
Are you talking about a third party run? I'm talking about the Republican nomination. Once the first ballot is over and there's no nominee, the bosses are free to influence, horse trade, promise, challenge, cajole, buttonhole, undermine, and maneuver. Look at what happened to Seward in 1860, and he was a pro. Trump is a novice. He won't know what happened until it's too late to do anything about it. Except run as an independent and give us Hillary.

Cruz truly believes the ends justify the means, as long as the ends = his ambition to be President. No different than Hillary in this regard.

The goal is for Cruz to hold Trump below 1237 a very likely outcome then win on the 2nd ballot, cheers.

Irreparable damage? Like Obama and his changes we never believed in?
To: springwater13
If the choices are a humiliating defeat in November against Hillary which is pretty likely given he won't be able to expect much GOP support, then this is the best option for him to maintain his brand.Let me guess. You've watched every episode of The Good Wife.

Madman? Really? I wish I was mad like that. I could live in the clouds on 5th Avenue looking down on the Plaza and gorgeous Central Park, turn right and see the magnificent Sherry Netherlands and all the cute carriages and draft horses on Central Park South. Yeah, I wanna be mad like that.
